The ATH you earn on a daily basis is subject to a vesting schedule, which means that only a portion of your rewards becomes available immediately, while the rest is released gradually over time. The vesting schedule is as follows:

  • 30% of the ATH your Edge device mines each day is claimable immediately

  • 30% becomes available after 90 days

  • 40% becomes available after 180 days

This structured release schedule helps ensure that the rewards contribute to the long-term commitment of participants to the network

How long does it take to unstake my ATH?

To initiate the unstaking of your ATH, you can start the process immediately through the app's unbinding section by selecting the option to unstake. However, the returned ATH will be available in your wallet after a 180-day cooling-off period. This delay is necessary to maintain the stability of the network and to secure the transaction processing.

Can I adjust the number of ATH staked after the initial setup?

Currently, you cannot adjust the number of ATH staked after the initial setup. Once staked, the ATH remains locked until the end of the staking period specified at the time of the initial configuration. This ensures stability in the network and that the staked ATH contributes to network security over a consistent period.

How long does claiming take?

Claiming your rewards typically takes up to 7 days to process. This period allows for the necessary network validations and ensures the security of your rewards transfer. You will receive a notification once your claim has been processed and the funds are available in your wallet.

What are the benefits of staking ATH?

Staking ATH secures the network and allows your Aethir Edge device to participate in network activities, including mining and earning rewards. It aligns user interests with network health, promoting a stable and efficient ecosystem.

What should I do if I face connectivity issues during the staking process?

If connectivity issues occur, check your internet connection first. If issues persist, restart the app and attempt the process again. For ongoing problems, contact our support team through the app for further assistance.

How long does it take for a withdrawal request to be processed?

Withdrawals typically begin processing immediately but require network confirmation. Processing times can vary based on network congestion. You will receive updates regarding the status of your withdrawal through the app.

Is there a fee for withdrawing ATH?

Yes, withdrawing ATH incurs a network transaction fee (gas fee) on the Arbitrum network, which varies based on network conditions but is typically less than a few pennies. This fee covers the blockchain transaction costs and is not controlled by the Aethir Edge platform. Ensure you have sufficient ETH to cover this fee.

What happens if I enter the wrong verification code during device unbinding?

Entering an incorrect verification code will halt the unbinding process. The app will prompt you to enter the correct code. For continuous difficulties, verify the code in your email or request a new one. Contact customer support for further assistance.

Can I use my Aethir Edge device with multiple accounts?

Each Aethir Edge device can be linked to only one user account at a time for security and proper rewards allocation. To transfer device ownership, unbind the device from your account and bind it to the new account, following any required security steps.

Are there any fees associated with claiming ATH rewards?

Claiming rewards does not incur additional fees from Aethir Edge; however, network transaction fees (gas fees) apply when transferring ATH to your private wallet. These fees vary based on the Arbitrum blockchain's current congestion and are paid to network validators.

What happens if I don't claim my rewards?

Unclaimed rewards remain in your account until you decide to claim them. There is no penalty for leaving rewards unclaimed.
